Our standard bandana is cut from a 22″ × 22″ blank. You choose the print area in the builder — 19″ × 19″, 20″ × 20″ or full-bleed, which prints all the way past the edges. Dog bandanas come in their own triangle cuts to fit different breeds. One note on finished size: printing, drying, cutting and stitching each draw the fabric in, so a finished bandana can measure smaller than 22″ × 22″ — most noticeably on the larger print areas. Print sizes describe the print area, not a guaranteed finished measurement.

Custom bandana printing comes in four methods: screen printing (bold spot colors, best value in bulk), full-color dye sublimation (photo-real, edge-to-edge — in Standard, Premium and Superior tiers), digital DTG (full color on cotton), and cut & sew (dyed to order and printed on both sides).

Superior has the sharpest, cleanest edges of the three — fully saturated color right to the hem — from 12 pieces in 7–10 business days.

Screen printing supports 1–5 spot colors; dye sublimation and DTG print unlimited full color. You can also pick from 23 standard bandana colors or request a custom PMS match, and mix bandana colors within one order.
