These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Limitless Group LLC, doing business as Printology (“Printology,” “we,” “us”), and govern your use of the Printology website and your orders for custom-printed products. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you order on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order, create an account, or accept these Terms. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must place the order and accept these Terms for you. The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Quotes & orders
Prices shown in our builder are calculated instantly from the options you select and are an estimate based on the information you provide. Your final price is confirmed after our team reviews your artwork and specifications. If anything affects pricing, we will contact you before any charge.
We may correct errors in prices, descriptions, or availability on the site at any time, and we may decline or cancel any order before production begins, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, you will not be charged for it.
Proof approval
Every order includes a free digital proof. Production does not begin until you approve your proof. You are responsible for carefully reviewing your proof — including spelling, layout, colors, and sizing — before approving it. Once approved, your order is printed as shown on the proof.
Payment authorization
When you check out, your card is securely saved with Stripe and $0 is charged at that time. By placing your order you confirm that you are the cardholder or are authorized to use the card, and you authorize Printology to charge that saved card once, for the agreed order amount, after you approve your proof.
Before that charge, our team reviews your artwork and confirms your final pricing and delivery date. Prices and dates shown at checkout are estimates pending that review. If the amount changes — for example, because your order needs a re-quote or you choose a paid service such as having us redraw your artwork — we will confirm the updated amount with you before charging it. Additional work you approve after payment is charged only once you approve it.
Payment disputes
Contact us first. Before disputing any charge with your card issuer or bank, you agree to contact us in writing through our contact page or at info@printology.io and give us at least 10 business days to resolve your concern under our Refund & Return Policy.
You acknowledge that a charge made after you approve your proof is a charge you authorized; that your products are custom-made to the proof you approved; and that dissatisfaction with products made as approved, a change of mind, or changed plans is not a basis to dispute a charge as unauthorized, not received, not as described, or canceled.
If a charge is reversed through a chargeback or dispute and your order was made and delivered as approved, the amount remains a debt you owe Printology, and you agree to pay it, together with the dispute fees and reasonable costs of collection that we incur to recover it, to the extent permitted by law.
You authorize us to share your order records with your card issuer, our payment processor (Stripe), and the card network in response to any dispute, including your checkout authorization, quote and proof approvals, signatures, the date, time, IP address, approximate location, and device recorded when you approved, our communications with you, and shipping and delivery confirmation.
Sales tax & tax exemptions
We collect sales tax where the law requires it, based on the delivery address, and show it on your order. If your organization is exempt from sales tax (for example, a nonprofit, a reseller, or a government buyer), contact us with your exemption certificate before you approve your proof. Once we have verified it, we will remove the tax from your order and keep the certificate on file for future orders where it applies. Exemptions cannot be applied to an order after it has been charged.
Your artwork & intellectual property
You represent and warrant that you own, or have all rights and permissions to use and reproduce, any artwork, logos, text, or other content you upload. You grant Printology a limited license to use that content solely to produce your order. You agree to indemnify and hold Printology harmless from any claim arising from artwork you provide, including claims of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property infringement. We may decline to print any content we believe is unlawful or infringing.
Finished size & measurement variation
Our standard bandana blank is 22″ × 22″ of fabric before it goes on press. Printing, drying, cutting, and stitching each draw the fabric in, so a finished bandana can measure smaller than 22″ × 22″ — and smaller than the print size you selected. This applies to every bandana and is most noticeable on our largest print areas: 19″ × 19″, 20″ × 20″, and full-bleed, which are printed to run to or past the edge of the blank. Sizes shown in the builder and on your proof describe the print area, not a guaranteed finished measurement. Minor variation in finished size from piece to piece is normal for custom printing and is not a defect or grounds for a refund.
Print placement on dye sublimation
Dye sublimation prints are hand placed on each bandana before pressing, so print placement can vary slightly from bandana to bandana. The placement on your proof shows the intended position, not an exact position on every piece. Minor variation in placement is normal for dye sublimation and is not a defect or grounds for a refund.
Custom products are non-refundable
Every item we make is custom printed to order, so all sales are final and no order is refundable once you approve your proof and production begins. If production makes a mistake, your order may be eligible for a reprint. Reprints and refunds are granted at the complete and sole discretion of Printology, and Printology has the final say as to what warrants a reprint, what warrants a refund, and what warrants neither. Nothing in these Terms obligates us to issue a refund on a custom-printed item. See our Refund & Return Policy for the full policy, including how to report a problem.
Turnaround & delivery
Production and delivery dates are estimates and begin when you approve your proof. While we work hard to meet every deadline, we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control. Rush options, when available, are priced in the builder.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will help you file a claim with the carrier, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order at no charge any time before you approve your proof and production begins. Once production has started, an order cannot be canceled.
Use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site, including by submitting false orders or information, interfering with its operation or security, scraping it, or uploading content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful. Product mockups, previews, and color displays on the site are approximations. The site’s content, design, and branding belong to Printology and may not be copied without our permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
Except for the reprint-or-refund remedy described in our Refund & Return Policy, our products, the site, and our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Printology disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Printology’s total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our warranty is limited to reprinting or refunding orders that do not match your approved proof, and whether an order qualifies — and whether the remedy is a reprint or a refund — is determined by Printology at its sole discretion, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
Without limiting the above, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or the costs of a missed or rescheduled event, even if we were told such losses were possible. Where a claim does not relate to a specific order, our total liability is limited to $100. These limits apply to every legal theory, including contract, warranty, negligence, and strict liability, and they apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Printology and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from the content you provide, your use or resale of the products we make for you, your misuse of the site, or your violation of these Terms or of anyone else’s rights.
Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier or supplier delays, material shortages, equipment failures, power or internet outages, natural disasters, severe weather, labor disputes, government action, or public-health emergencies.
Disputes
If you have a concern, please contact us first. Before starting any lawsuit, you agree to send us a written description of the issue and the relief you want through our contact page, and we will do the same before bringing a claim against you. We each agree to try in good faith to resolve it informally for 30 days. Any deadline to bring the claim is paused during that time.
To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising from these Terms, the site, or an order must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that isn’t resolved informally will be decided in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, or in small claims court if it qualifies, and you and Printology consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated date above, and they apply to orders placed after that date. The Terms in effect when you placed an order govern that order.
General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and any written quote or proof you approve, are the entire agreement between you and Printology about your use of the site and your orders. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent.
