Every Printology order is custom-printed to your specifications, so we handle returns a little differently than off-the-shelf products. Here is exactly what to expect.
Our print guarantee
We stand behind our work. If a finished order does not match the digital proof you approved — for example a misprint, the wrong item, or damage caused in production — we will reprint it or refund it at no cost to you. Just let us know.
Custom products are not returnable
Because each order is personalized and made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size or quantity, or errors that were present in the proof you approved (such as spelling, layout, or artwork mistakes). Please review your proof carefully before approving it — that is what we print.
Color & finish variation
Screens and monitors display color differently than printed fabric, and bandana blank colors are a close representation rather than an exact match. Minor variation in color, placement, or finish is normal for custom printing and is not considered a defect.
Reporting a problem
If something is wrong with your order, reach us through our contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will make it right with a reprint or refund where warranted.
Cancellations & the no-charge proof
Your card is saved at checkout but $0 is charged until you approve your proof. You can cancel at no cost any time before approval. Once you approve your proof and production begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded except under our print guarantee above.
Shipping issues
Delivery dates are estimates and carrier delays are outside our control. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will help file a claim and find a solution.
