Printology, a DBA of Limitless Group LLC (“Printology”) wants everyone to be able to design and order custom products on our site, including people who use assistive technology. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What we do
- Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a “Skip to content” link.
- Text and controls are designed to meet WCAG AA color-contrast ratios.
- Form fields have labels, and errors are announced in text, not by color alone.
- Animations respect your device’s “reduce motion” setting.
Known limitations
Some parts of the site are visual by nature — for example, positioning artwork on a product mockup or picking ink colors from a swatch wall. If any of these are hard to use with your setup, our team will build your order with you directly: send us your artwork and what you want, and we’ll prepare the proof for you at no extra charge.
