A double-sided custom bandana shows your design crisply on both sides — not faded, ghosted, or blank on the back, but sharp front and back. It's the most premium way to print a bandana, and it comes down to a specialized dye process we've refined over years.
What makes a bandana double-sided
Most printed bandanas are single-sided: ink sits on top of the fabric on one face, and the back stays blank. A double-sided bandana is different. We use a special dye applied through screen printing that seeps into the cotton fibers and changes the color of the threads themselves. Because the color lives in the fabric rather than on top of it, your design reads clearly on both sides — with a soft, broken-in texture and no faded back or ghosting.

The specs
- Fabric: soft 100% cotton
- Size: standard 22″ × 22″, cut to size after printing
- Edges: hand-stitched for a clean, finished look
- Minimum: 500 pieces per design (the dye process is specialized)
- Turnaround: about 4–7 weeks including production
When to choose double-sided
Double-sided printing shines any time both faces of the bandana will be seen — worn as a headscarf, tied around a neck or wrist, waved in a crowd, or styled so the design folds over. If your brand moment depends on the bandana looking finished from every angle, double-sided is worth it.
Need fewer than 500?
No problem. For smaller runs we screen print single-sided bandanas with plastisol ink at a 12-piece minimum and a 7–8 business day turnaround — and you can design those online with instant pricing.
