How much do custom patches cost?+
Patches are priced by size, coverage and quantity. Embroidered patches can be priced instantly with our online builder — a 2-inch patch starts around a couple of dollars each at 100 pieces. For woven or PVC, send us your art for a fast quote.
What is the minimum order for custom patches?+
50 pieces per design. Per-piece pricing drops as the quantity climbs, so patches get very affordable in bulk.
Embroidered, woven or PVC — which patch type should I pick?+
Embroidered is the classic textured look and suits bold logos. Woven uses finer thread for small text and detail. PVC is molded rubber — waterproof, durable and modern. If you're unsure, we'll recommend one from your artwork.
What backing options do you offer?+
Iron-on, sew-on and hook-and-loop (Velcro-style). Iron-on works on most cotton garments and bags; hook-and-loop is standard for tactical and uniform use.
Can patches be any shape?+
Yes — patches are custom-cut to your design's outline, so logos, badges, lettering and irregular shapes all work.
Do I see a proof before production?+
