Privacy requests

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, send you a copy of it, correct it, or stop all marketing to you. There’s no charge, and making a request won’t change how we treat you. We’ll confirm we received it by email and respond within 45 days.

Some records may have to be kept even after a deletion request — for example, records of an order that’s still in progress, or tax, accounting and payment records we’re required by law to keep. If so, we’ll tell you what we kept and why. You can also make a request by emailing info@printology.io or calling (725) 228-7778.
