How much do custom t-shirts cost?
Your price has two parts: the blank shirt (value styles start at a couple of dollars) and the printing, which drops sharply as quantity climbs. The volume pricing table on this page shows real combined per-shirt prices. Configure your exact order online and we confirm pricing within one business day.
What is the minimum order for custom t-shirts?
25 pieces per design for screen printing, or 12 for full-color transfers. Per-piece pricing steps down at 48, 72, 144 and 288 pieces, so bigger runs cost meaningfully less per shirt.
What t-shirt brands can I choose from?

Should I pick screen printing, full-color transfers or embroidery?
Screen printing is the best value for designs with 1–6 solid colors at 25 pieces or more. Full-color DTF transfers handle photo-real artwork with no color limit, from 12 pieces. Embroidery gives a left-chest logo a premium stitched finish. If you're not sure, send us the art — we'll recommend one.
How long does a custom t-shirt order take?
Standard turnaround is 14–15 business days after proof approval, plus shipping time. Rush production is available — tell us your in-hands date when you order.
Do I see a proof before you print?
Always. Every order gets a free digital proof checked by a real person, and we don't charge you until you approve it. If a production error means your finished order doesn't match your approved proof, we'll reprint it free when we determine a reprint is warranted. Printology has the final say on what qualifies.
